Agents that do the work, not just answer questions.

An AI agent isn't a concept, it's a working part of your business. Here's how we get you there: from use case to specification to a live agent in your systems, with full clarity on what we deliver and what we hand over to your team.

What this actually is

Chatbots talk.
Agents work.

An AI agent uses judgment, tools, and context to complete a task on its own, rather than waiting on a person for every step. The real question is not what an agent is, but where one belongs in your operations, and how much of the build you want to lead yourself. We meet you at whichever point that turns out to be: finding the opportunity, designing the solution, building it, or running it once it is live.

How far you want us to go

Five stages, and you decide where to step on and off.

Every engagement can begin and end at a different point below. Some clients only need the first stage, while others want us involved for the entire path.

1 We identify the opportunities.

We study your workflows and identify exactly where an AI agent or AI solution would create real value. We do not apply AI everywhere it could technically fit, but where it truly should.

2 We write the technical specification.

If your organization has an internal execution team, we provide them with a complete technical description and solution design they can build from directly, covering architecture, logic, data flows, and integration points based on your business needs.

3 We build it.

We design, build, and deploy the agent or solution ourselves, inside your existing systems and workflows, using no-code, low-code, or fully custom methods, whichever fits the task at hand.

4 We maintain it, or we teach you to.

Once the agent is live, you decide. We can maintain and support it going forward, or we can train your team to monitor and maintain it independently.

5 We teach you to build the next one.

Beyond a single agent, we teach your team the skills needed to design and build agents of their own, so that this capability becomes part of your organization rather than something you continue to rely on us for.

Where along this path do you want us to support you?

How we build

The right method for the job, not a single default.

Different problems call for different approaches. We work across the full spectrum and match the method to what your process genuinely needs.

No-Code and Low-Code Agents

Fast to build and simple for your team to adjust later. A strong fit for well-defined, repeatable processes that do not require custom engineering.

Custom-Built Agents

Fully custom agents engineered around workflows that off-the-shelf tools cannot handle, designed to fit your systems rather than the other way around.

Multi-Agent Orchestration

Multiple agents working together and handing off tasks to one another, coordinated as a single system rather than a collection of separate bots.

Proven in practice

What we have actually built.

A running record of agents and AI solutions we have delivered, not templates, but solutions built for the specific business behind each one. Scroll through to see the range.

Where we have worked

Agents built across a range of sectors.

Every industry carries its own systems, data, and regulations, and this is where we have already built that context.

Manufacturing

Agents for production scheduling, quality checks, and maintenance workflows.

Legal

Agents for contract review, document drafting, and compliance research.

Banking

Agents for transaction monitoring, reporting, and customer operations.

Insurance

Agents for claims processing, underwriting support, and policy administration.

Retail

Agents for inventory management, customer service, and demand forecasting.

Wholesale

Agents for order processing, supplier coordination, and stock management.

Energy

Agents for asset monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

IT

Agents for ticket triage, system monitoring, and internal support.

Pharma

Agents for regulatory documentation, quality assurance, and research support.

Accounting

Agents for reconciliation, reporting, and audit preparation.

A good agent does not need us in the room forever.

We are just as comfortable maintaining what we build as we are teaching you to maintain it yourselves, and just as comfortable handing off the skills to design and build the next agent, too. Our greatest success is a team that can keep going without us.

Not sure which agent problem to solve first?

Let us map it together. A short conversation is usually enough to find the highest-value place to start.
